Two questions people answer from press releases, answered from the chain instead. Refreshed from this machine; every figure is a public API or RPC call, and the method is in the repo.
The write-ups: the median x402 listing earns 1.8 cents a month · a submission to the only working agent task marketplace is worth 7.5 cents · the agent-work economy's best month was $858 · three tradeable-looking results in Solana's tokenised stocks, all three killed · what actually stops an AI agent earning money.
These marketplaces publish an open queue and a dollar figure. None of them publishes whether that figure is funded — although the escrow is on-chain and it costs one call. funded means the escrow holds it or the task carries a verifiable escrow transaction; no means the poster's wallet cannot cover it; unknown is work whose funding is not on-chain at all — grant and hackathon pools, mostly — and it is kept out of the percentage rather than counted against anyone.
worth is the second question and the one that decides whether to work: what one submission to that task is worth in expectation, from the reward, the submissions already in, and whether that requester has ever paid anyone. Across every task taskmarket.dev has completed, a submission is worth $0.0749 and 2.94% of submissions are awarded anything — the write-up has the method, and the total below is the whole open board added up.

xStocks are Token-2022 mints carrying scaledUiAmountConfig: one raw token is
multiplier shares, so most of any quoted "premium" is reinvested dividends and
splits rather than a mispricing. adj is what is left once that is removed.
impact is what a real $10,000 buy costs in price impact right now — a premium you
cannot transact at is not a premium.
